Studying for over 10 years, Bella started a journey of bellydance and has continued to love the art, grace and heart of the dance ever since.
All classes will be fun and still a great workout.

Adult Hip Hop - (Mon 8pm – 9pm ) WILL RECOMMENCE JAN 2012
Join in this fun filled beginner class. If the kidz can do it………so can you. Class consists of warm up exercise, tummy exercises, dance exercise and small routine.
We’ll have you strutting your stuff in no time!
BOOTCAMP – MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 7-8pm
POLE DANCE & FITNESS
Pole Dance is a powerful workout as you are working against your own body weight. It is a great way to improve your fitness, stay in shape, tone up your body, gain confidence and most importantly have fun!
Pilates
Pilates is simply the best way to tone the body and strengthen it from the inside out !The course will start by introducing the principles of Pilates – posture, alignment, breathing and stability and over the six weeks will progress on to the Pilates repertoire.
